Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Through the program,
you will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

During the course of the program you will:

> Two, one-hour sessions per month
> Group seminars and classes covering a
variety of health-related topics

Working together, you and Liz will make lifestyle changes that will enable you to reach your current and future health goals. Common health goals lead to clear thinking, more energy and more self-esteem.

Liz will start you off with a one-hour health consultation to discuss your unique situation and develop your personal goals.

Once your goals have been established, Liz will develop a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.
